We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid loose clothing that may get caught in the Reformer spring resistance.
Reformer Pilates is performed on a Reformer machine. With adaptable spring resistance and a sliding carriage, the Reformer boasts a dynamic range of unique, low-impact exercises and strateches that are not possible in Mat Pilates.
Reformer Pilates is adaptable to suit all fitness levels. You'll improve core strength, enhance flexibility, improve posture and mind-muscle connection. All exercises are low-impact making it an ideal workout method for people who struggle with joint pain. Reformer can also be used to support recovery and rehab following injury.
