    We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid loose clothing that may get caught in the Reformer spring resistance.

    Reformer Pilates is performed on a Reformer machine. With adaptable spring resistance and a sliding carriage, the Reformer boasts a dynamic range of unique, low-impact exercises and strateches that are not possible in Mat Pilates.
