  • What classes are offered in the Flow Studio?

    We offer a wide range of classes for all fitness levels, including Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, Yin + Sound, Restorative Yoga, Mat Pilates, HIIT Pilates, Pilates Flow and Barre. 


    We offer room temperature, warm and hot class options.

  • What should I expect in my first class and what should I bring?

    Expect a warm and welcoming environment. Our instructors will guide you through a comprehensive class, making sure you feel challenged and supported each step of the way. 


    Enjoy our complimentary mat + towel service. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Are classes suitable for all levels?

    Yes, our classes cater to all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our experienced instructors offer progressions and modifications for a personalised practice.
